Mission:

The Partnership Team strives to achieve two primary goals: 

1. Provide a vehicle for vendors to gain valuable exposure for their company’s products and/or services to the membership of the Capital Chapter. This committee is 100% focused on doing everything possible to deliver the highest return on investment for our partners.
2. Generate resources in the form of partnership/sponsorship dollars that can be used to support the core mission of the Capital Chapter. In other words, this committee is responsible for helping to make sure that the Chapter has enough financial resources in order to execute valuable programs, events, education, and other important activities to its members.

General Information:

This team has been in the process of redefining itself over the past few years. For example, notice the name change. In the past, this group was known as the Sponsorship Committee. However, we made adecision that the word “Partnership” was a better fit for the type of value being created by this group and, more importantly, how the membership views the vendors that give money to support the Chapter. These companies are considered a vital component to the ultimate success of the Chapter. Also, the 2010-2011 Program, Partnering for Excellence, has incorporated several key improvements and enhancements. Our plan is to continue making improvements each year to our annual program and other Partnership Team activities in an effort to create the most exciting and effective situation possible.
